# Sections 1 and 12 township 14 north range 16 west in Custer county

I got a letter from an attorney in Tulsa today saying that Toklan has sold its interest in the unit and has no need for the application to go forward. They had planned to do 2 wells last year but never did any dirt work there.

However, there has been a rig planted on the southwest corner of the section. Any idea what direction they are drilling? Any idea who bought Toklan’s interest in this area? Are there any other plans for additional wells?

Validus has a rig onsite just on the southern edge of section 1. Drilling the Merganser 1416 121324 1HM and 2HM wells to the south into 12, 13, and 24.
