I received a lease offer on the above mentioned legal description from Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent, Inc. Does anyone know the going rate of lease per acre for that area? Thank you in advance for your help.

Newfield pooled sections 5 & 8 in Sept 2014 for $1000 3/16. That should give you a ballpark idea. Other folks may have something more recent.
