RD Williams called for lease. How do I know if they are ripping me off or if it’s a fair offer?

Do just what you are doing. Post it here and someone who has interest nearby will respond with what offers they have received. One thing you will always hear… “Don’t take the first offer, there is no rush.” Watch and read this forum, you will be amazed at what you will learn.

Don’t know where your acreage is, but we got RD Williams to more than quadruple the lease bonus from their initial offer, same royalty, 3/16ths.
