Does anyone have any information about this area? Wife and I have unsplit mineral rights to 160 acres.

You might want to double check your legal description. I suspect that you have the incorrect Range listed. Also, it is rare for 160 acres to be owned exclusively by one family. The wording on the deed is likely the source of the confusion.

I’m 100% sure I own all 160. I got them from an old lady who has owned them for years when I bought her land from her. SW36-22-03 Garfield County.

There was production, but the last active date was 2005.
