Needing info about date drilling operations commenced on Section 34, Grady County, by Continental Resources. I just received Division Orders (July 3, 2014) with Effective Date listed as 09/01/2103. Didn’t know if this was the date drilling operations began or well began producing.

Cyndee, there is more than one Section 34. Do you have Township and Range?

Cyndee, are you in Section 34 Township 7N Range 5W. If so that could be the Hansell 1 3-34X, and yes the first sale was in September 23, 2013. I’ve been waiting 10 months for the Division order from Continental.

John, Yes, sec 34-7N-5W. Hopefully, you will receive your Division order soon. Where can I find info about production amounts?

Cyndee, just received the division order today, praise the lord. As far as production, Don Breay in the Grady group on the forum you joined, posted some figures back a while. Go back about 15 pages or so and you will see what he posted. The Hansell well has been producing about on average around 16,000 bbls oil per month. This is a multi unit well which means it goes under two sections, 3 in 6N 5W and sec 34 in 7N 5W. I believe your share of production will be 53% and section 3 gets 47%.
