Welcome to the forum.  
If you have your name and address properly filed in the county courthouse, you should have received a few mailings from the OCC regarding Increased density by Chaparral Energy to drill an additional horizontal well. You should already be in pay status for the previous wells drilled by Chaparral starting in section 28.
