I have an offer from a landman on this section. I am new to this process and am seeking advice on what should be done. They have offered a really low price. Thanks for your help.

Hi, is this a buy or lease offer? Either way, you can counter offer, or just tell them no thanks. There appear to be a lot of very low buy offers being sent out to royalty owners now.
