I just received an offer for $2500 per net mineral acres in Section 27 Township 6 North Range 5 West. Tempting, any thoughts on selling? ---

How many acres do you have. They have a well in 22. ---

What company offered you that? I did receive an offer of $2500 from Pentex (I think that was the name) for my acres Section 31-8N-6W. I never did answer. It has been about a month since I got this last offer. ---

Brian, do you work for Cana Woodford Resources? If so, you could email me at g.thornton@csuohio.edu. I am not interested in selling as Uncle Sam would be the primary beneficiary. However, I might consider a 1031 exchange and would need to consult lawyers here. ---

I just received an increased offer on 27-6N-5W to $3000 per mineral/royalty acre from Bridgepoint mineral acquisition fund in Oklahoma City. We aren’t selling, but I thought I’d report this to you. ---
