We have mineral rights in Stephens County, Oklahoma, Section 24, Township 1N, Range 5W. We hear that Continental is planning on a horizontal well.

They may well be. Nothing has been posted at the OCC yet. If your name and address are property filed at the county courthouse, you will get notice. The Cottonwood East well was drilled already. The surface location is in sec 36. They have space to drill a couple more if they decide they want to.
