Received an offer to purchase from Eckard for Section 20 at $10,000/NMA. Has anyone dealt with them in the past? Looking for recent sales activity for comparison. Thank you.

You need to give Section/Township/Range to get comparable information.

They are legit. If you search them in OkCountyRecords, you will see that just about every company buying minerals in Oklahoma ultimately sells them to Eckard.
