We’ve received an offer to purchase an undivided interest in this section with an option for 6 months to conduct due diligence and obtain site access. Does anyone know of activity in this section and who might be able to help us determine appropriate values? ---

Minerals or surface? Six months is an extremely long due diligence period… most companies simply ask for 30-45 days for due diligence. ---

Is this Section 161 Block 34 or 33? If so, I would not accept this offer. Appears they want you under contract so that they can have time to go out and flip this to someone willing to pay a higher price. ---
