I just learned that Eland Energy has filed a Bill of Sale listing a well in which I have an interest, to Silver Energy. Just wondering a) does anyone know of anything going on in this Section, b) shouldn’t they send you a notice of some kind, or do you just have to learn from the County Clerk’s filings; and c) does anyone know anything about Silver Energy? Thanks in advance for any information.

If you have an interest, you may get a new Division Order from the new Company. You only learn from the OCC Form 1073 listings In the section. No new activity listed in 15 at this time.

Nearby leasing activity is in sections 11 & 22.
