Does anyone have info on 13 6 7? I refused 10K. Received a letter today for 20K. Additionally numerous cold calls and letters. Anyone heard of BoomSLANG? Question when there is no address on letterhead. Found they are a Texas company.

I received a FORM letter from Boomslang yesterday for 10-5-7… mentioned UP TO 20K, doubt if you could consider that an offer. Their physical address is on the envelope.

I would highly recommend not ever doing business with Boomslang. I did once and they tried to pull some very shady stuff. They’re the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

I drove by the well the other day and read the gas meter. The well is called the Tyler. It was doing 19,9XX mcf per day (I do not remember the exact number). Not sure how much oil it was doing but I have seen a tanker truck every time I have been out there. It is a heck of a natural gas well!
The best honest offer I had was from Landrun Minerals for $12,500 per acre held at a 22%. I declined the offer.

Almost every time I have been out here they have been hauling oil out. Not sure of the production numbers for oil.

The first Virginia Liberty 1H-4-33 was finished November 16, 2017. First sales were 12/1/17, so you should be getting paid on it by now. You already had the Skaggs 1H-4
Was a nice well and now you have at least one more planned Virginia Liberty 4-33-9-5 2WXH . It spud in July 2018. Might be two more that angle into 34 to the north.
The EUR says about 11 million bbls of oil and 43 BCF of gas. That leaves room for quite a few more wells needed. Probably why you are getting offers. Unless they are very good, you might consider hanging onto the minerals if you have heirs.
