Received an offer to lease this: $600 per acre for 25% royalty. Anyone receive similar offers in this area? Still getting used to navigating the RRC website, but GIS makes it look like there’s not much there.

That is a VERY good offer; I would take it. How many acres? I have 2 leases in 35, Section 2 and 28.
