I have an offer here of $2,200 per acre, 3 years, 3/16. Hearing may be some activity in area with better offers. Any info?

Mine was renewed last year, just forgot about it. Received offers as high as $3,500 per acre, 1/5th, 3 years, so if anyone has not leased make them pay.
