Anyone have any recent information on bonus being paid in this area? I have four different outfits trying to lease my little 5 net in the SW, but nothing higher than $3,000 yet. I had been advised that acreage in this area could be commanding up to 4K or even 5K by now on a 1/5. Any possibilities of a 1/4 out there do you think?
