Thanks in advance for any input re current lease bonus and terms for NMA in or near this section. I have 5.3 NMA available Dec 5 and would like to see offers. Sale would also be considered.

There has been some leasing over the last few years by several companies. So some activity may be about to happen. Continental, Echo, Balco, Red Stone, Ace, Warwick-Jupiter are the players.
