# Sec 32. 9N 4W Does anyone know when EOG will release Division Orders?

Does anyone know when EOG will release Division Orders? I have called and emailed them and all they say is that they are working on division orders and will get them out as soon as possible. No one can say when, or give me any other information on it. Thanks in advance for your response!

Anthony:
EOG is behind on many units. According to state statutes, they will owe you 12% interest on revenue if it is not paid within 180 days of first production, providing you have marketable title. If not marketable, the interest is based on posted interest rate for the Wall Street Journal. Be sure to send them a letter requesting your statutory interest.

I have already completed the probate phase a while ago and have been in contact with them; however, they won’t tell me anything other than as soon as possible.
