I just got a call from Bear Cat wanting to lease Section 31, Township 2S, Range 3W… anyone know what the going rate for bonus is? They didn’t send a lease, just called to see if I wanted to lease it and what did I want? Very strange with them… they normally send a lease and then you do the obvious, read, negotiate, etc., but not this time. Anyone else get an offer to lease? Or know what is going on in that area? Thanks

I have yet to get any offers, so can’t help you. I also wish I knew what was going on in that area. We are not too far apart…

Looking at the Drilling Permits from OCC, there have been 2 permits for Section 25 and 2 permits for Section 35, since 5/1/2012.
