# Sec 30 t6n r1w mcclain county

I got a letter from RedSky stating that BP intends to file a pooling order in the near future to pool Section 19 and Section 30. The letter has the 3 options to choose from - higher bonus-lower royalty, lower bonus-higher royalty, or of course taking part in the cost. If I had to choose right now I would take the $750 NMA and 3/16 but I have not seen an official pooling application. The proposed well is ROGERS 6N 1W 19 1HX. Any suggestions?

$750 and 3/16 $900 and 1/8. No mention of 1/4.

OK thanks. A big player like that, I am surprised they offer an 1/8, but that makes them a lot of money for whoever checks that box!

Sounds like a drilling proposal. Wait for pooling or market it to a third party.

Certainly a better bonus than I have been hearing about but of course BP has been drilling, and hitting, nice wells to the west in McClain County mostly in 6N-2W.
