I own mineral rights on 17.77 acres of Section 29-Township 17N-Range 9W and was wondering about selling. It has 2 producing wells, the Biehler 1H-29X and an older vertical, at 1/8 royalty. What has been offered in this area and who are the companies buying?

Around $7K is probably the best you can do at 1/8th royalty, message me if you want any more info here.
