My current lease will soon expire at the end of May. The company that has the lease still has a 2-year option left if they want to continue with the lease. I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve had an offer from another company for $300/acre and 20% interest, which is $25 an acre less than what I have now. Could someone please tell me what current offers are in that area? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
