In 2020, this was agent for SBI per deed records - Entex Operating Co, 5065 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77056, Attn: Land Records Coordinator, 713-953-0824. No idea if that is now the case. Associated Resources Inc. (ARI) was handling the land administration for SBI last year. They sent me 1099s, payment details, etc.

I emailed the same email address and it returned as out of service. The girl I emailed could have simply quit, so I filled out the contact form on the website below for someone to reply to my request.
