I am looking for a good lawyer recommendation to help with a lease offer. What is a fair offer for this area? How many hours does this typically require from a lawyer?

I got 1k p/acre at 20% recently. I used a lawyer in Lufkin. SSBWW firm. Last name Riley. She got me a good royalty free clause & protected surface rights.

I used Eric Camp and am very satisfied with the results. He’s listed in the Directories tab under Mineral Services.
