We own mineral and surface interests in almost 3,000 acres of salt dome property in Southeast Texas. With a changing landscape on a number of fronts, we’re exploring unrealized value that our property may have. Cavern storage, infrastructure land lease or pipelines are just some options. We’re interested in leasing or even an outright sale. With storage seemingly in demand, how would we best maximize this asset? Our property sits in a very desirable location – only about 12 miles from the coast and a stone’s throw from some major company operations like Freeport LNG, Kinder Morgan and others.
