Assuming your property is Section 240, Block 13, A-3846, H&GN RR Co. Survey, then you’re on the very fringe of the major activity. Primexx is active in the area, but it hasn’t been fully proven up yet as an economically-friendly area as compared to other more lucrative areas right now. If you’re leased at 25%, you could likely see $10,000-15,000/NMA depending on the buyer.
