A relative that passed on left me 200 acres of a pasture in Richland County, Montana. It’s all still in probate court but a family friend is offering to buy it for $50,000.

How would someone find out the worth of the property? I’m clueless.

Find a local landman and discuss any recent sales. And then get a second opinion. If you live there start asking the neighbors.
