# S-3, 5-N, 7-W minerals offer

I own mineral rights in Section S3, Township 5N, Range 7W and Ace Energy is wanting to buy them. What is a good asking price and would it be better to keep these? I only own 7 acres in this section. Continental leased them 4 years ago from me.

Are they still under lease, unleased, or producing? That’s part of the determination of pricing.
Shows some recent sales comps to the Township above yours which range from $10K-26K/acre. Your property is in blue and the highest comp is in green.
I wouldn’t necessarily take those numbers as the gospel, but it could help aid in your negotiations if you decide to go that route.

It’s not leased anymore and there hasn’t been a well drilled on it yet. I’m assuming they are getting ready to.
