Nothing on your tract. There is a vertical gas well that’s holding the lease by production. No horizontal permits have hit your section at this time.

Felicia, I think your land is still as valuable as your neighbors. Either hold out for drilling or contact someone to price a sale for you.

Hard to tell. The company making the offer could be speculating about future permits/wells (with some uncertainty about the timing of drilling), or they have inside knowledge of new permits about to be filed and know drilling is going to happen soon.
