Yes, and I am currently waiting for a response on this. This post just reminded me of this scenario. I just have a feeling that the answer I receive back is not going to be what I hope, and I will be forced to go the legal route to recover this. ---

Also go to [Mycash.Utah.gov](http://Mycash.Utah.gov) and search under your client’s name in the event any royalties were sent to suspense by oil company. ---
