Thanks for your response, I was curious as offers for my royalty interest have increased from $11000 to $49000, and I was wondering if something was up I will need to keep up with my legal discription I guess to be able to see what is happening. Rogers is My operator but I haven't had any contact for leasing activity.

**DON’T SELL YOUR MINERALS, UNLESS YOU’RE HURTING FOR MONEY.** Just my opinion. Someone knows something you don’t know. Hope you get a good producing well or two in the future.

$11,000 to $49,000 just because you didn’t say yes, almost 450% of the first offer. No, is one of the best negotiating words I know.
