I have a question related to this topic. My Son is the heir for his Father rights. It is for EQT out of Canonsburg, PA. I have form to get notarized, no will. But it says: If the decedent did **not have a Will** , please complete, notarize, and record the enclosed **Affidavit of Heirship** form in **Greene County, PA** , along with a copy of the Death Certificate. How do I get recorded in that county if I can’t do it in person. Without spending a lot of money for a court filer/courier service? Thank you

Call the county courthouse and ask them about the proper procedure. They probably handle quite a bit by mail. Send by certified mail return receipt with a check for recording fees (ask them the amount).
