I am new to all of this and wanting to know if what I have been offered is fair. Is anyone else getting offers in Township 24 and 25 North, Range 59 East, and is this a fair offer? $350 per acre, for a Three (3) year Paid-Up lease. The lease also carries an 18.75% royalty to the lessor.
