I received copies that were filed at the O.C.C. today. Our mineral interest is in Section 14 and Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, Carter County. Applicant was 89 Energy II, LLC.

At $20 oil 89 Energy is toast, well done toast. As are all horizontal drillers & producers. So you can save that paperwork for kindling.
