I have received several offers over the last 6 months. I have just received a second offer from one company for $10,500 per acre if my interest was leased on a 3/16 Royalty. I am not selling.

The minerals are worth more than that. Besides, the ground is a great bank! I should mention, M. Barns is a great teacher.
