Anyone have any information on Section 39 Block 4 mineral rights going rate? Sorry I don’t have the name of that area.

Thank you so much for responding to my question. Sorry this is all that is stated on the lease agreement: Section 39, Block 4, H&GN Ry. Co., Reeves County, Texas. I have received this through an heirship and Devon is proposing to drill.
