Does anyone have any experience with or recommendations for a mineral rights broker? I own all the mineral rights and 50% of the royalties on about 25 acres in central Texas. It is currently under lease and producing oil. I need to sell the rights and royalties because I need the money. I occasionally get unsolicited offers in the mail, but I am skeptical of these companies.

Why would you be skeptical of professional mineral buyers offering you money, yet at the same time asking for info on a mineral rights broker that will take a cut of any transaction like they are trustworthy? Call the companies that sent you offers and get it sold if you need the money. You don’t need a mineral broker to do that for you unless you like giving away money.
