I need to clear up what should be a pretty simple issue with probate court and inherited mineral rights in Utah. I live out of the area and would like to get a recommendation on an attorney. Thanks.

What county are the minerals in? If they’re in Duchesne or Uintah counties, a good attorney is Gayle McKeachnie in Vernal. Used him before. Very knowledgeable attorney and staff. His contact info: McKEACHNIE LAW OFFICES, P.C., P.O. Box 340, Vernal, UT 84078
