Has anyone had any recent lease offers for the area around Section 103, Block 97 in Scurry County? Wondering about bonus offers and royalty percentage for this area. Any info would be so helpful. Thanks!

Not exactly proximate, but I saw a lease in the Town of Snyder three years ago that was in the 500-1000/acre range for 18.75%-20% and 5+5 years.
