We have 160 acres, Township 33, Range 17, Section 14. I was told that there is a recent completion by Cimarex about six miles from there. Our lease expired this summer. I just wondered if there is any activity going on near our land.

If anything is going to happen on your land, the OCC will send you notices if your name and address are properly on file at the county clerks office. You should have gotten case number 201807672. It was for Spain for a horizontal well. The pooling order was dismissed. ExCaliber was the company

Linda - there have been only 2 oil & gas leases taken in the last 2 years. Doesn’t look promising in the near term.
