I received an offer for leasing in Section 4-17N-7W Kingfisher County by New Horizon Energy and Blackbird Resources. The bonus offered is $350 an acre. We are a small owner of 1.5 acres. US Lease report lists Kingfisher County as having 6 leases filed recently with bonuses from $2000 as an average. What is the recent activity for other NARO members?

You need to add the royalty such as 3/16ths, 1/5th, to your bonus or it is not helpful without the other part of the pair. The lease report is very generic for the county. Offers will depend upon the geology of your particular acreage and the completion in that area. There are some permits in that township.
