Additionally, how do you find a map showing exactly where this area is located? Simple searches don’t return any useful information.

If you [click on this link](http://gis.rrc.texas.gov/GISViewer/index.html?api=11531337) it should open the TX RRC GIS Map Viewer on your section. Look to the south about five miles from your section on the map where you will see permitted hz wells by CGS Operating. Use the search feature in this forum to read about CGS Operating’s activities in Dawson and Gaines counties. [There are four mineral valuation companies listed in the Minerals Services directory in this forum](https://www.mineralrightsforum.com/page/mineral-services-directory/1/). If you don’t mind sharing, what were you offered per net mineral acre or per net royalty acre?
