We’re not planning to sell, but the offer has me wondering if anything new is going on that we’re not aware of (???). We’re currently under lease, but no production. Anyone have any info?

You are just 3 miles straight west from Vitruvian’s (now Gulfport) ANITA FOWLER 1-27X26H (Township 4 North - Range 6 West), which tested 377 BOPD and 18,555 MCF Gas Per Day. (A monster gas well).

A couple of miles straight north from your section Vitruvian (now Gulfport) is in the completion phase of the CLEBURNE 7-12X13H (Township 4 North - Range 7 West). A workover rig has been on that location several weeks now. (Rumor is another monster gas well).

A couple of miles straight west from your section Continental has just begun drilling the BOVINE 1-28-33-34XH (Township 4 North - Range 6 West). Spud Date: March 27, 2017.
