I am brand new here so I apologize if this has been addressed in previous discussions. I’ve recently been approached by a land company to install a pipeline on my property. This would be a salt water line to connect to an oil well. What is the going rate for this type of surface land access/easement? This company wants 30 feet on each side of the pipeline for a total of 60 feet span for the length of the line. Does anyone have any guidance for this? I appreciate any help in advance, thank you!
