New to this. Found papers after my mom passed. Mineral rights to Section 16, Township 6S, Range 13E 40 A. Any activity in this area? Thanks.

If there is production and ongoing royalty payments you will likely need a probate in order for the heirs to receive payment.

The only thing recently in the area are two leases in sec 31. No production in 16.
