# Proposed lease clauses

In negotiations with a leasing company, I had them to strike the clause that deals with title warranty, and they did strike the clause, but added the following clause:

_ **“The provisions of the hereinafter paragraphs shall supersede and govern the provisions in the printed form text of this lease and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns.”** _

Does anyone have an opinion of this clause?

“Interesting”. I would be very careful about the wording of any clauses that come after that sentence.
