What is the “official” form to be used for a mineral deed in Beckham County, Oklahoma? In 1990, our parents used Form 249-AF which was an approved form by the Mid-Continent Royalty Owners Association. Is there a more recent or better form to use these days?

Thanks, RGT

t would be best if you contact an oil and gas attorney to get the deed worded properly. One wrong word can be very detrimental.
