# Prices per acre?

Currently have some rights leased out in Dawson County, Texas — Loving School Lands. From time to time I get companies interested in outright buying my mineral rights. Does anyone know if the price usually paid per acre (to buy/sell) is any different whether it is a small amount of acres or a large amount of acres?
