# Prices offered for royalty interests

If I receive an offer to purchase my royalty interest in a producing well, and I don’t intend to ever sell it, is there any reason to remember the amount offered? Thanks in advance!

You’re right DO NOT sell. We were offered what I felt was a decent offer and my sister would not let me sell it - we fought bad. We leased the property this week and the deed showed my great great grandparents bought the land in 1923. My sister was right.
