What is the going price per net mineral acre in Payne County?

Was 4000 before the tank in prices. Not sure what they are now. I haven’t seen a letter in months.

$2250 per acre was the most recent I’ve heard (about a month ago).

December 2014 offers went from nearly 4K (Sooner working for AEP) down to $1750 & $2050, and every company making these offers are working for AEP/AEW.
